Long Lasting Color
This color mixing process will give your concrete a long-lasting color effect that won’t fade over time. This method is often used to create backdrops, or give a multi-tonal aspect to your concrete surface. The possibilities of concrete colors and applications are endless – so ask about adding concrete color to your next project!
There are many different stamps available that can mimic the look of stone, wood, brick or other special materials. Combine a stamp pattern with concrete coloring to add even more character to your new concrete surfaces. Not sure what option to select? Ask your Sorenson representative for recommendations!
Concrete staining is another option that provides it’s own uniqueness to your concrete. There are multiple types of stain to chose from, including: Water-based stains that bonds to the surface, fills pores and gives your concrete a vibrant appearance. If you are looking for a more organic look, we suggest using an acid-stain to create a high and low effect. Solvent staining is available upon special request.
Dimensional colors, or antiquing, is a process that is applied to concrete to give it a great secondary feature of color that can add a high-and-low color to a finished product. Antiquing enhances and brings realism to your colored concrete. You’ll want to select a lighter base coat than a darker antiquing color to add dimension to your concrete project!
